Navigating Infidelity — A Healing Retreat For Women
Welcome to Navigating Infidelity. These Terms and Conditions govern your reservation, booking, and participation in the retreat. By reserving your place, you agree to comply with the terms detailed below.
1. Confidentiality and Mutual Respect
This retreat is designed to be a sacred, confidential, and safe space for healing. All participants agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the identities, personal stories, and private details shared by other attendees. Any form of recording (audio, video, or photography) of other participants without their explicit, written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Reservation and Payment Terms
To secure your place at the retreat, a booking deposit or full payment must be completed. All pricing is processed and displayed in United States Dollars (USD). The prices cover lodging, designated meals, and scheduled sessions as described in the retreat itinerary.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the exclusive nature and extremely limited capacity of our retreat spaces: • Cancellations requested 30 days or more prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund. • Cancellations requested less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable. • Reservation transfers to another participant are permitted up to 14 days prior to the retreat, subject to prior approval and screening by the organizers.
4. Health and Psychological Disclaimer
The activities, workshops, and support circles provided during the retreat are intended for emotional guidance, personal development, and general wellness. They do not constitute formal psychotherapy, medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. If you are undergoing clinical mental health treatment, please consult your physician or therapist before registering.
5. Code of Conduct and Right of Admission
We are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. The organizers reserve the right of admission and the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat without a refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive, harassing, or harmful to the safety and well-being of other attendees or staff.
