Five days of coming home to yourself
"A carefully crafted space for women navigating the complex layers of betrayal trauma — where you are seen, held, and honored."
Intimate · Intentional · Transformative
The following program outline is intended as a foundational framework and guide rather than a rigid, standardized agenda.
A special thank you to Donna, whose experience supporting women navigating infidelity helped shape the initial structure of these themes. Her insights were invaluable in organizing the core path presented here, which continues to be refined and customized for each group.
One of the core principles of this retreat is that healing cannot be standardized. While there are common experiences that many women share after infidelity, every woman arrives with her own history, nervous system, relationship dynamics, and stage of healing. For that reason, I do not believe there is a single retreat agenda that should be repeated exactly for every group.
Instead, each retreat will be thoughtfully developed during the months leading up to the program based on the women who will be attending.
After registration and payment, each participant will complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire and meet individually with the retreat psychologist. This process allows us to better understand each woman's circumstances, emotional needs, goals, and readiness, while also identifying the themes emerging across the group as a whole.
Although every retreat will be unique, one intention remains consistent: for women to leave feeling more connected to themselves, more supported in their process, and more able to listen inward as they continue healing.
The retreat does not promise resolution, certainty, forgiveness, acceptance, or a specific relationship outcome. Instead, it offers a carefully held space where women can slow down, stabilize, reconnect with their inner experience, and begin or continue developing self-trust.
Certain foundational themes will likely remain present across each retreat. These may include understanding the impact of infidelity on the nervous system, creating emotional safety and stabilization, exploring the loss or development of self-trust, reconnecting with one's inner experience, processing emotions such as grief, anger, and fear, and supporting each woman in returning to herself.
At the same time, the emphasis of each retreat will naturally vary depending on the participants. Some women may have experienced a profound loss of self-trust after repeatedly overriding their intuition. Others may have been completely blindsided by the disclosure and are navigating an entirely different experience. Some may be considering reconciliation, while others may already be moving toward separation. Rather than asking every woman to fit into a predetermined curriculum, the retreat is designed to meet participants where they are, while creating a shared experience that supports both individual and collective healing.
The framework that follows should therefore be understood as a living foundation rather than a fixed schedule. It represents the themes we anticipate exploring, while allowing the flexibility to respond thoughtfully to the unique needs of each retreat group.
